Yea well the disenfranchised Christians turned progressive since their churches and politicians became infested with weirdos, child molesters and Nazis.
I laughed when I read this and then I sobered up when I realised it’s not an exaggeration.
The teachings of Jesus is a progressive philosophy
jesus is woke, apparently
I mean isn’t the story that conservatives killed Jesus and 3 days later he woke up?
gonna throw out there RCV would make this easier.
I absolutely voted for RCV on the Colorado ballot.
I would be thrilled, but I don’t think he has a chance.
I see more Osborne signs than Fischer signs. But that’s just Omaha. I see a lot of blue dots, but that’s just Omaha. I see as many counter signs to that. Red states, pax man eating a blue dot, red dots, you name it. Down the street from me it’s like two neighbors are having a fucking duel with signs.
It’s gonna be close. And sadly I think Fisher has a massive advantage.
Bear in mind, a lot of those houses with Trump or local GOP candidate signs are put there by the husband and while many wives will follow their husband’s political leanings, at least publicly, many more will vote for the candidate who supports women’s rights.
Older women don’t care about those rights, they took them for granted and now they go along with the husband that those rights are only for sluts and whores.
Boomer women were a mess.
Rural nebraskan here, I have more faith because even in the small towns down here the support for osborne is immense, signs all over the place.
The good news here is that all the signs in Cherry county still all only account for fifteen voters (thank goodness cattle can’t vote), so a lot of Osborne signs in Omaha is still a good sign. My mom is very excited for him in Grand Island. There’s some support out west.
