It is indeed. I have one in the grey colorway because it was on sale at Cabelas a couple of years ago. It works great on files, utterly deletes mosquitoes if you can find one that holds still long enough, at least reliably stuns yellowjackets and also spotted lanterflies at least long enough for you to stomp on them, and mildly annoys carpenter bees. It will, however, get loose granules of salt scattered all over your kitchen.
