I work in a windowless environment, so it always makes me feel good to go outside at lunch and soak up the sun.
Yes, there are a lot of negatives in this world. But sometimes it’s better for our own minds to take what little positives there are in life and try to focus more on them. I can’t change the world, so I may as well find my little pockets of enjoyment out of it.
