There’s a lot you can say about inequality in Germany, but your arguments don’t make sense. If you look at Gini and many other inequality measures, Germany’s inequality is around the average. This is not a matter of interpretation, that’s a simple fact.
Germany and France (which has similar inequality issues, but for somewhat different reasons i.e. strong centralisation toward the capital) together drive the average, so saying Germany is average in the EU is like saying water is wet.
My point is that if Germany was a functional state with a ruling elite interested in a healthy wealth distribution the gini coeficcient would be more similar to that of Belgium, the Netherlands, Finland etc. and not like the bottom barrle of bad governance in the EU, like Malta, Italy or (to some extend) France.
Dude, this doesn’t make any sense (one reason being that what you call ‘the bottom battle of governance like Malta and Italy’ are not so far away from the EU average, and much better in global comparison like large economies like the U.S. and China).
