Or, it is shockingly high for a poorly designed survey question. If you were already at a 0% chance of attending church then you could reasonably respond “strongly disagree” and that resolution is completely lost.
Personally, I don’t go to church for a lot of reasons. The “Christian right’s” willingness to overlook his empty promises and obnoxious false idolize is a recent addition to that list. So I would agree that it makes me less likely to do something I already had no intention of doing.
