What’s wrong with “saving” time? I’d rather make overnight oats and have a more chill morning rather than rush to make a meal.
And low key overnight oats are way tastier than most porridges people make. Make it with almond milk and yogurt, smush in a banana, add cinnamon and honey and before eating sprinkle on some cashew nuts. Absolute god tier breakfast.
No no no, sorry. Saving time is not the problem. Life is meant to be enjoyed and if it makes your morning more enjoyable and chill, then I am all for it. The problem is the corporate grind culture which proritizes work over life e.g. “make over night porridge so you don’t waste time on breakfast to get to work faster”
