So funny Christians feel persecuted and like they don't have personal freedom. They want the Bible in the classroom, 10 commandments on the wall, drag queens to stop performances, and folks with brown skin deported but heaven forbid someone teaches their children they are free to love whomever they want or be whoever they want.

In January 1978, the band took on the name of ‘Joy Division’, named after the prostitution wings of the Nazi concentration camps during the Second World War. A holocaust survivor’s book House of Dolls was the source of their off-beat name. There was a great deal of criticism that flooded in with the change of name as many assumed them to be right-wing supporters. However, the band rolled with this name for the next two years producing some iconic songs that spoke enough about their sensibilities to prove the conspirators wrong.

What's the best way to ease getting back in shape after years of little to no exercise?

The hardest thing is to just do it regularly. Whatever it is. Have a set time every day you do it. If it's walking, do it rain or shine at a certain time every day.

Count your calories and try to burn more than you consume. There are lots of apps out there to help but I used omnom and it is great.

Lots of people say to take progress pictures in front of a mirror so you can see your progress. It can be motivating.

I've had a surface tablet since 2017. I had to take it to a repair shop to replace the battery but it's surprisingly still doing pretty good. It's light , does most of what I need day to day, and more durable than expected.

At one point I had a beefy gaming laptop with upgradeable everything and it was good for what it was but honestly, the surface was cheaper and has lasted longer which is shocking to me.

Yes Linux rules and Microsoft sucks. Just saying the armored upgradeable computers are still limited by motherboards and necessarily integrated systems. Not to mention they aren't at all convenient for day to day use

Also it's made from pea protein which has fewer allergens. I have an allergic issue with soy and wheat it seems which makes my vegan diet even more challenging than it should be.
