I think a lot more Americans care than you realize. Democrats didn’t lose to Trump because people don’t care, they lost because people actually do care and are tired of the two party AIPAC-controlled politicians.

This is exactly what I said was happening. It seems probable that Trump is sending a lot of these people to El Salvador without due process to protect Bukele. Bukele is known for his failed project to create a tax haven known as Bitcoin City, and for declaring Bitcoin their national currency. Subsequently, Trump has received approx 3 billion in crypto investments with large anonymous donations being crucial for him winning in the 2024 election.

If they stand trial here in the US then they may decide to talk about Bukele partnering with the gangs in exchange for plea agreements. Even the innocent people that were sent there may have already seen enough that Trump is scared they’ll talk to the media about it if he brings them back.

I think you mistake politicians in America supporting Israel meaning that a majority of the American people support what is happening to Palestinians. That is not accurate. The Israeli lobby has a lot of influence because of money, but their actions has done nothing but erode Israeli support throughout the world. Before the temporary TikTok ban, politicians weren’t saying much about China but were more concerned with the overwhelming support Palestine was getting.

If you think the Houthis attacking Israel is going to somehow help or get Israel to stop its campaign, then may peace be upon you. It is however incredibly dumb. Israel is already looking for excuses to attack Yemen & Iran, and once a war breaks out in that region the propaganda machine & military industrial complex will work overtime to make sure they get support to send Americans into that battle. Right now I’d guess a majority of Americans are against what Israel is doing. I’d like to keep it that way so that we can actually put pressure on our politicians to stop supporting Israel.

Most of the UN stood with Palestine just as I do & many others. With that being said, this post is cringe. It is the kind of dishonest propaganda I’ve grown to expect from Israel.

On a more serious note, all this decision by Germany does is make groups like AfD stronger.

The suggestion of sabbatoge was against large corporations that employ tens of thousands of people if not more. You can make arguments that good people should never accept jobs at these large companies that end up working against our interests, but sabbatoging a company’s ability to function will almost certainly end impacting a lot of employees as well, which I’d guess many of them aren’t even that different than us & in some cases even less privileged. You do you. If you think that your resistance is pure & that if given the ring of power that you or your group will throw it into the lake of fire, then commit to that. I personally have seen too many instances where the resistance, especially if coming from Democrats, is just another form of fascism.

Yes, but even before you get to that point. Like I said they’ll fight dirty at first, so having assistance to even be able to get to that point requires community efforts.

Maybe you should study some law to understand how the courts work. He can’t even impeach federal judges. It takes 2/3 majority just like it does for President.

When the courts have shown multiple times that they no longer care about the constitution. Right now we have the Supreme Court ruling against the Trump admin’s illegal deportations. Unfortunately it takes time for the process to play out. I am optimistic that the courts will for now maintain the checks & balances. The courts are the strongest protection against Trump’s authoritarian attempts.

So you think banning other parties & the media you don’t like is the solution against fascism? The irony.
