I… horses are kind of a big deal there. They sort of conquered the world with them long before the best of the Drumph DNA was running down some rape victims leg.
I mean… presumably boats have nets, some of them at least… and anchors! Flare guns… all sorts of stuff with legitimate maritime uses that might inadvertently foul a prop driven aircraft… just speculation, obviously not a Boat Guy™.
