The first Kingdom Come: Deliverance was a great game and I think it should be played first, but I understand it's old clunky and unoptimized. These days it should be played with certain QoL mods like unlimited saving, instant herb picking (no animation), richer merchants, and trough washing deluxe/clean Henry (honestly I don't want to spend all my time going to the baths or looking shite). There are others, probably about 7-8 total, that I recommend but you get the idea.
My usb audio volume mixer which only has software support for Windows, the folks who made it specify they are available for support but FAQ says that only the windows support will ever be offered. It's simple and does everything I need it to without being cumbersome, has 5 programmable knobs and buttons.
Afaik from what I've looked up there is no way to get usb hardware and win device drivers to interface with software run through wine. Was disappointed because it's honestly such a key part of my setup atp. Not really linux's fault so much as the developers not wanting to deal with it, was a niche limited time thing from a small team so I don't blame them but still a bummer.
I'm pretty sure this is why andor flew under the radar/gets mixed reviews. Even with friends who are huge Star wars nerds like me, I get 'but it's boring!' a lot, mostly because it builds up to the climax in each three-episode arc. There isn't necessarily a huge, inexplicable 'OK time for action' scene in every episode just because. To enjoy it you need to be plugged in, absorbing the dialogue and connecting the dots scene to scene to understand how the plot got to the action and why it's important, and if you do you understand the tension buildup. Otherwise it just seems like two episodes of babbling and then some stuff happens, while you're still staring at your phone. At no point do any of the characters stop and explain what's happening before or during an important scene, it's all show-don't-tell.
One of my best friends is working on his PhD, super bright guy, huge Star wars nerd. Has all the baby yoda this, clone trooper helmet that. I finally understood when we were watching something on stream once and I'm like "what's that? That noise?" It was his other screen on in the background watching a Twitch stream :( now I understand he's never not had a second screen going with a stream lmao feel like I'm taking crazy pills. We might as well pipe video of that stupid railway running coin grabber mobile game directly to the cortex of every citizen atp
Applicants to a heritage foundation hiring pool for the new trump admin frequently cited as inspiration: nazi Carl Schmitt, El Salvador's Bukele, white supremacist Jared Taylor, and the UK's Neema Parvini among others. Some of these applicants have gone on to receive positions in the trump admin. They are literally drawing from the poisonous well of nazi-ism and attempting to re-export it to the EU. Don't carry that water.
Lotta mayo+ contraptions here so I'll add mine, and hard agree with the lemon in handmade tartar sauce it makes all the difference.
Mayo and Cajun seasoning, or if going for more Mediterranean, mayo and greek seasoning if you don't have sub oil, or if you do mayo and sub oil. All great ways to get moisture on a sandwich
Same experience, just crunchy water or when cooked down will soak up whatever flavor you give it. Have also grown to recognize and enjoy the flavor even more but it's still just incredibly mild/subtle unless eating it straight up. Coincidentally I feel the same way as the people complaining about it but with bell peppers or fennel instead. Chicken salad, soups and stews, Chinese food, all delicious with celery and onion combo. I'll even substitute celery for a green veg in something like a curry instead of peas which I find too sweet, for example. I got the yummy cilantro gene too lol perception and sensitivity are a hell of a thing
