They are animals and i don't mean that just to be insulting, they are not true human beings. Lack of free thought, the inability to understand language, the lack of empathy, no understanding of cause and effect, the inability to learn. I can't speak for all of them but when i see certain family members just going limp in front of a tv I'm pretty sure they don't even have a true internal world. It's honestly cruel to them to engage them in politics or any decision making at all, they should not be voting.
Edit: not that this justifies them, a raid animal is a danger even if they don't know what they're doing and they ultimately chose to be this way.
