For the record the Twitter page that article is talking about (‘I Find Retards’) is a right-wing Twitter page. Previously considered retards: trans people and those with Down Syndrome, and anyone remotely left-wing. They use ‘retard’ because they don’t care about minorities and like ‘edgy humor’.
