On KDE’s 28th anniversary, it is worth looking back to see how we got here. Check out our timeline 🕰️:
That is _exactly_ what kio-gdrive does. If it is not working for you, there is an error in your configuration or a bug in your distro’s packaging of the software.
@that_leaflet There is a RSS feed for this blog specifically https://blogs.kde.org/categories/this-week-in-kde-apps/index.xml

Interesting you should bring that up. Watch this space…
It’s an oldish HP Spectre with a foldable touchscreen from 2018.
Actually works very well.
That would be one of KDE Connects’ main functions, yes. It makes sharing any kind of file (photos, videos, whatever) easy.
You can also share the content of your clipboard from your desktop to your phone and vice versa. So you would copy, say, a web address on your desktop, and you would be able to paste it into your web browser on your phone immediately.
Note that due to unforeseen circumstances, we have been unable to ship the new wallpaper, “Reef”, with this version of Plasma. However, a new wallpaper will be coming soon in the next 6.2 version of Plasma.
If you can’t wait, you can download “Reef” from here:
We would like to remind you that both @Krita and @kdenlive are currently running fundraisers:
#Krita :
Apple had to learn the hard way: Under the DMA (thanks @EUCommission !) they were forced to give users a choice regarding the default search engine and browser on their systems.
What are we going to do about Microsoft misleading users?

“KDE” is a community of volunteers that makes and distributes Free Software.
“KDE Software” is all the apps, frameworks and libraries the KDE community produces. The KDE Software includes something called “Plasma”.
Plasma is a desktop environment for UNIX-like operating systems (e.g. Linux and BSDs) developed by the KDE community.
Hope that helps.
