  • 20 years this Christmas, married for 15. Still my favourite person to putter around with.

  • Yes, I know. We have dental coverage from my husbands work, luckily, as we would make just a bit too much combined to be able to take advantage of it.

  • I cut up my spaghetti with a knife and fork and then eat it. In front of my window. I don’t fear angry Italians.

  • Thank you. It’s the first thing that comes to mind when I hear MST3K. Also! My friend ordered vinyl stickers of the movie seats and outline of the guys and she gave me one. It’s been on the bottom right of my windshield for decades now.

  • Yup. I work at a trade school and we have a waitlist for this year in both of our locations.

  • Oh look, it’s me. Huh.

  • I was lucky when I was cooking at a bar that the surfer/painter dentist down the road would let you pay in payments. Everyone at the bar went to him. He did good work too.

  • Ha, I went the other way. Did like openSUSE but fedora has more resources for a newbie.

  • Canada too!! Because apparently teeth and eyes aren’t part of the body for universal healthcare. Luxury bones indeed.

  • I live in the Gulf Islands of BC Canada. So. Many. Tourists. I don’t leave my house on the weekends in the summer. We have fabulous beaches though, and it really is lovely. I moved so much as a kid so I’ve always been like oh this is a cool place, I could move here whenever I travel. This is the first time in my life when I’m happy to be going home. Vancouver island is amazing.

  • My favourite drink is the one I have, or the one someone is offering me.

  • Yup. They got me back to functioning, basically where I was before the breakdown. But I feel like now that I know that I’ve always been living in hard mode, that it could be better. Unfortunately I don’t have a dr, but I do have a kinda telehealth dr who’s been lovely so I’m going to broach looking at different meds. I’ve waited a year so she doesn’t think I’m looking for drugs, but has been receptive to me mentioning that I’d like a change.

  • A 3 at this moment. Having my tea on the deck, cat in lap. But building ikea furniture and rearranging my house is in my future…

  • Oh hey, me too! Good times eh? I finally feel like I’ve balanced out a bit with getting on ADHD meds, my brain works again.

  • Thanks so much!

  • That looks like amazing comfort food. Would you mind sharing some recipes?

  • Nice! Thanks for the tip!

  • I absolutely agree with you about Stranger Than Fiction. Mine would be Adam Sandler, do not like that style of comedy. The only exception is Punch Drunk Love. One of my favourite movies! Also Jim Carey, except for Yes Men.

  • I liked him in Dan in Real Life.
