  • Just make it a law that every game has to use the Decima engine because Death Stranding 2 runs at 60fps, loads in basically 1 second, and is a contender for best looking game of the generation.

  • I 1000000000% didn't and won't go see this movie because of him.

And after cancelling D+ and Hulu last month because they fucked up the Kimmel thing, it may be years before I see it, who knows!

But, initially, when I saw Leto in the trailer that was a quick "nope" from me, dawg.

  • Can’t find any violent criminals besides themselves, of course.

  • Honestly, it's looking like Monster Hunter Stories 3 will by my next "game where you collect monsters in some fashion" game.

  • Heavensward back in the day was 50 - 60 level content, and Stormblood after that was 60 - 70 level.

If anything you’ll be a bit overleveled as you go through that stuff. But that’s no biggie since the dungeons and whatnot are dialed in to your gear’s iLevel more than your base level.

  • Yeah, try them all (that you have access to). It's really fun to see how they differ.

And after the base game you'll get to play Heavensward - which is a fan favorite story. A lot of people like it the best of all of them, even. Though I'm an Endwalker kinda guy myself.

  • Regarding FFXIV, hopefully this is good news to you, but you still have dozens of hours of free play time.

The trial goes to level 70 and includes the first two expansions!

I’ll also be playing FFXIV because of the newest patch.

But beyond that, I have Ghost of Yotei to play. It’s been good far!

  • I mean, I’d vote for this guy.

  • Is this dude the biggest snake oil salesman in gaming?

I guess Fable was alright, but everything Peter promises seems to never manifest.

  • I heard this story on NPR on the radio this morning.

Basically, renewables are the top dog with energy right now, and no one cared to bid on this coal deal. The people that won were the only bidders.

And yet because of the coal lobby, republicans are trying to Weekend at Bernie’s an entire industry.

  • Future opportunities to sell out.

  • From another article:

Comedian Bill Burr, after performing at the show’s opening night on Friday, defended the project on his podcast, suggesting that the cultural exchange could have unexpected benefits.

“It was great to experience that part of the world and to be a part of the first comedy festival over there in Saudi Arabia,” Burr said. “The royals loved the show. Everyone was happy. The people that were doing the festival were thrilled. The comedians that I’ve been talking to are saying, ‘Dude, you can feel [the audience] wanted it. They want to see real stand-up comedy.’ It was a mind-blowing experience. Definitely top three experiences I’ve had. I think it’s going to lead to a lot of positive things.”

  • That’s why I don’t really use Steam to buy games anymore, too.

At least maybe use GoG if possible to get a DRM free version.

  • For me, when the Switch 1 came out it was just nice to have everything on the device and you never had to do the most heinous thing of taking a moment to put a cart into the device.

But more and more I buy one to two games a time and focus on those, so that issue is largely not a thing any more.

  • Honestly, I've kinda gone back to buying physical media.

I bought DK Bananza on cart, and guess what? After I finished it, I gave it to my brother. Imagine that! Sharing a game you own? Madness.

I'm eager to pick up Ghost of Yotei from the store this afternoon, as well.

  • They always said this would or could be China’s century.

I just don’t think we knew it’d be because the United States shot their own dick off willingly.

  • Yeah, hurry and buy up, Gabe needs a new yacht!

  • The guy who installed a make-up room in the Pentagon lecturing other men about manliness.

  • Shit like this should be an easy "Nah."

They should do their due diligence, but in this case it should take about five minutes.

I hope they put her back in the worse jail. Throw away the key.
