At least V2 still works and won't just disappear. You can still use those apps you bought.
But it's just sad to see this new path. I used to buy all the apps just because I liked the business model. I don't really ever use Publisher, but I bought it anyway.
Now...there's nothing that'll get me to use this "free" shit.
I'm over here bringing in like 4 reusable bags (one is a pink tote I got from a work thing years ago) so I can not only pack three times the groceries in one bag but also not take a plastic bag I have to then recycle somehow.
Honestly, I use it all the time now since I plug in my phone to my car and it's right there.
It's fine. Sometimes I use Google Maps. It's also fine.
I actually like Apple's approach to describing when to turn. It'll say stuff like "go past this light and turn at the next" instead of vague shit like "in 1000 feet turn right." Bitch, I don't have a tape measure.
I think people who grip about Apple Maps as it is today probably just haven't used it and want to gripe for griping sake.
I'm not a big MH head or anything, so MH Wilds was my first game in the series. And I enjoyed it a lot!
HOWEVER, playing online with my brothers took so much trial and error we only did it a few times until we beat the story. Then it kinda wasn't worth the hassle.
It's so obtuse I can't imagine how it even got that obtuse.
Yeah, I have had several people automatically assume I use Windows, and I don't as my daily machine. I couldn't give two flips about MS, really.
I don't even dislike Linux. But a lot of these users here, man, just woof. A lot of these folks will point fingers and say Mac people are all Mac zombies and that's bad, but then turn around and kiss that grainy photo of Linus Torvalds where he's standing in front of an old, shitty computer.
So is everyone downvoting because the video is bad or because they are a Linux nerd upset someone posted something that’s not Linux (as they downvote while using an Android or Apple phone)?
I mean, I just need that photo of him in that hat.
