  • The suckers who buy this trash and pay for it deserve it. There's so much good gaming to be had, at this point it's a choice.

  • The haven't even tried handing the bag directly to retail investors. That's when the endgame starts.

  • I expected nothing and am still disappointed somehow. I don't think they'll ever release the thing, it served it's purpose of making headlines already.

  • There are many, many layers of stupid stacked here, but at the same time, this bill is quite sweeping and potentially dangerous. You might be opposed to the idea of manipulating atmospheric composition to fight climate change and it's certainly not something we might want to just go ahead and do, but it is a possibility that's worth exploring and ultimately might become a necessity. This bill kills any attempt to even experiment with this kind of technology, at least in the affected legislature.

  • Don't you know that Tesla will be building a Dyson Sphere together with SpaceX at a 100 Morbillion valuation? Who cares about cars?

  • Just like in the famous book "Don't create the torment nexus" — Bravo!

  • "Prompt engineering" is the astrology of the LLM world.

  • I somehow hope this is made up, because doing this without checking and finding the obvious errors is insane.

  • "To shoot her through the chest whilst she was standing would have required him to have been pointing the gun at his daughter, without checking for bullets, and pulling the trigger," the coroner said. "I find these actions to be reckless."

Whoopsies! I usually make sure not to pull the trigger when casually pointing a loaded gun at a family member's chest. But that's just me being overly cautious.

  • I read a long article in a German newspaper about how openclaw will finally change everything. The journalist was convinced once he started using it himself. Of course the cost was handled by the publication. The things he used it for that totally blew his mind: he got a text about the day's weather and whether he should plan a bit more time for getting his kids ready when it was going to rain. Also, he got a digest of the nights news. Another article, unrelated, got into how someone accidentally paid 200,- $ to set a reminder when the sun would come up. The morons proclaiming the AI revolution are truly the dumbest of the pack.

  • This is perfect! Also, their real innovation is a reproducible way to generate headlines that pump their valuation. It's amazing how the press will always and without fail report on these non-stories.

  • I just saw some clips of that hearing and I was surprised how low they were willing to go. That's not normal anymore, the whole thing was absurd. The system is broken, the rule of law has ended in the US.

Is there really demand for more "compute"?

  • As a European I am very glad these criminals get exposed. It's a nice cleansing shower.

  • This was predicted pretty early on. Planes need maintenance and specific spare parts constantly and these are highly regulated. At some point, there's just nothing more to cannibalize and that's the end of it.

  • This is the correct answer.

  • Financial trickery is what this is. Rolling one failing business into the next, Tesla will follow soon. It's incredible that this is even legal, but of course nothing matters anymore in Trump's America.

  • Alternative headline: Linux market share increased by 30% from november to january!
