  • Yeah I noticed. They have pLans to do so within two years. I agree that it should but doubt that it can. Especially as we see oil imports being diverted through other countries.

    As mentioned it feels like whitewashing, just to clear one's morals while letting citizens and corporations pay the price.

    Instead of creating limitations, they should ramp up and support energy sources and tech production within EU

  • Yet Europe cannot break free of Russian gas. Setting up moral limitations without considering the actual consequences sounds like a prime EU move.

    I like a lot of things that the EU has done but it also drives itself into blind ends pursuing a theoretical moral high ground

  • You posted this, right after commenting on this meme, in a meme community. Maybe people are getting too sensitive I don't know, but memes are also used to make fun of stereotypes - not to be taken seriously or literally

  • That makes sense! although its a shame it does - there should be an ignore feature or private listening for the songs or music you don't want it to register. I used my phone at work, to play children music once, and now I get spammed with suggestions for that

    It's a meme making fun of what is usually described as a man flue.

    I can't imagine a post in a community for memes is supposed to be taken seriously or even always be politically and socially correct

    We're just posting pictures with funny, thought-provoking or some times even controversial text on them, using bold fonts.

  • It's not meant to be easy! It's actually best when it's challenging and thought provoking

    Any criticism, or insult or demeaning action I get, I try to swallow my pride and check if it's justified. It sometimes is! If it's not, I let it slide and try to keep on.

    That said, tone and respect is important but not always reciprocal and at some point it may be best to not pursue a meaningful discussion

    In my experience though, this is rarely the case!

  • Life has no preset stages. Some try to force you into accepting that it does but it really is an open world, with no storyline.

    You just do whatever makes you feel happy, whenever you want, and try to stay alive at the same time time
