I’m extremely well aware of how shitty they are, thats why I’m surprised because even if they did have their own operation I would expect Vince to try and compete with Epstein for dominance.
No one can convince me Vince isn’t personally advising someone in some capacity. I can’t believe he hasn’t turned up in the Epstein files yet. It’s well known he and Trump are confidants
I hear people talk about leaving the US to escape the fascism and I get it especially the women, queer and trans folks, and POCs. I fear there will be no where safe soon enough the way fascism is moving around the globe. Climate change will only make this accelerate.
I would focus efforts on either Southeast Asia, Australia(maybe) and the EU. SEA might be the best overall bet as I think it’s unlikely China would be foolish enough to attack Vietnam or Indonesia or the Philippines(which the US won’t be able to hold since it appears as though the Trump administrations goal is control all the Americas with an iron fist). The EU is safe for queer people for the most part but Russia is eyeing it in a way that would make me uneasy.
Rest assured my friend, we’ll already be in a Civil War 2/Dub Dub Trois by then and there will be much more significant and immediate things to stress over!
The only thing any of them consume that’s close to actual journalism and not propaganda is ESPN and the year to year cycles of so many Americans in general are governed by the seasonal ups and downs of the NFL/NBA/MLB/NCAA. Everything is a sport and winning is all that matters because competition is the faux foundational philosophy

I think it’s at least semi common knowledge that conservative/racist/sexist/homophobic white men often assume all other straight white men think the same as them and will say some wild shit on that assumption. Well it wasn’t common but I definitely remember a few black folks that may as well have been Stephen from Django Unchained
