12·17 days agoIt’s a really weird flex, but it’s clearly an excuse to try and coverup the fact that the US doesn’t have enough munitions, equipment, or soldiers to hold full scale exercises with since they’ve tossed them all at brown folks in Iran.

Sorry, most people in the US can’t divide. The majority stop retaining around subtraction, and that’s giving the benefit of the doubt.
I know people who whip out the calculator for 9+13.
These articles are designed to appease to the centrists who want to bury their head at the very sight or thought of those words, and the specific intent is so that those people feel comfortable enough to not go vote.
The lesson to learn here is that no matter how much the media tells you it’s a sure thing you must go VOTE to actually achieve the result.

5·22 days agoMakes even more sense when you realize all these companies are going to be sitting on massive unused data centers filled with computers sitting idle. Of course they’re going to pivot to renting time on those systems.

Fees for processing payments used to be considered “a cost of doing business”. Now they’re being passed onto the consumer as the price of convenience and another profit vector for an already predatory industry.
