You really saw all of those fucked up nightmare hands and thought, "why can't this be in charge?" What makes you think having a failed artist for a dictator is a good idea?
It's a Japanese soap opera. I don't play games for the story, and I skipped all the intro cut scenes. By about chapter 4 I was watching all the cutscenes and shushing people so I could pay attention.
That's what I like about the game. The NPCs tell you where to go to the best of their ability, and you follow to the best of yours. I like it a hell of a lot more than quest markers.
