Its a little silly and overblown which is the perfect sports drama I love, the effect before you hit the line where you're supposed to let go of the stone is negligible because... you can still hold the stone then anyway
As far as results have gone, mine has been great! Zero regrets. I know a handful of girls whove had bottom surgery and its the same for them. There can be subpar results and complications but so far everyone Ive known who has had it has liked it and came out the other side very happy.
There's still barriers, but the anxiety around results is one I had and it hasn't been true for me or the bunch of irl ones Ive seen up close.
