  • And the love triangle continues. And it's the kind where everyone's clearly a good, selfless person, so you want good things to happen to them, even if they lose. It doesn't feel like a throuple kind of triangle, but I still like it.

  • Is the idea to stop a kid from killing their classmates by killing everyone before they get the chance?

  • A reminder: Bards can cast Healing Word, while Paladins can use Lay On Hands.

  • A man speaks to his wife as a husband, his child as a father, his employee as a boss and a drinking buddy as a friend. None of these are the entirety of the man, nor are they false personas. They are many sides of the same man.

Are you eccentric or accommodating? From the sounds of it, I think you're both.

  • Which bit of the spear, though? Cause a spear is just a staff with a pointy bit on the top, so if you've got the pointy bit, then it's just a spear. If not, you've got a staff.

  • It was a pun. Delivery.

Also, "Fun fact! When your child comes out as trans, you gain the power of invisibility! Because you're trans-parent!" The gif and the spoiler throw off the timing. Better to just do it quick.

  • I think we can agree that this was a very awkward delivery.

  • That was pretty great. Morgan Webb immediately pulled out $5.

  • "We're all trying to find the guy who supports Hitler"

  • What was the actual amount? Importantly, was it more than 0?

  • Gave it some thought, and here's a few that should be good for a newbie to wet their beak.

Cowboy Bebop: A space western that got a lot of classic anime fans into the genre. The action is absolutely in service of the drama, and the storyline is powerful.

Nichijou: A zany comedy by KyoAni, light on story but extremely relatable humour and top quality animation.

KonoSuba: A comedy fantasy isekai. The characters are strong and the comedy is exceptional. Should give you a taste of isekai while still being a good experience if you don't find isekai appealing.

Kaguya-Sama Love Is War: A romcom about two brilliant minds trying to get the other to make the first move. It's incredibly funny, and has been a gateway to romance for many.

A Place Further Than the Universe: A slice of life adventure about high school girls joining an Antarctic expedition. It is deeply uplifting and full of the spirit of adventure.

  • Good news about the sequel!

  • Age is relevant because you were kicking up dust in an ancient thread, which is pretty rude of you. And yes, it's casual misogyny. Nothing actively malicious, but still a problem. Except when you add in the "defending toxic masculinity" bit, which is actively malicious against acting "unmanly".

  • You responded to a 5 month old post and said it's fine to shame men for not falling for toxic masculinity, using a gendered insult in the process. Your single comment was removed, and you decided this was a power trip worthy of posting here within the hour. YDI

  • But you can't say you dislike romance, then say you want Ichigo to be with Rukia. That's a blatant contradiction.

  • In light of the end of this post being Ichigo x Rukia shipping, I can't take your second point seriously. You don't dislike romance, you dislike Orihime.

  • Nah, even if the minority group doesn't do anything, "yes they are. They're being evil and doing evil things just over there where you're not looking, and that's why bad things are happening to you. The only way to stop them is to give me power."

  • You know, in hindsight, it makes sense that there is a separate "Ben" and "Jerry", but I never really gave it much thought.
