Honestly I think it’s safe to say that the west should have absolutely no say in dezionification, or the denazification which is still necessary in Ukraine, Germany, and across Europe. Decolonization, de-USAmericanization and the purging of white supremacist and imperialist ideology which is equally abhorrent and the birthing pit of Nazism and Zionism and other hateful ideologies, still is necessary, for all western societies, if they are ever to properly integrate and rejoin the rest of humanity as normal, peer nations.

Now you’ve gone and got me excited for the parade of all things.

On one hand, yes. On the other hand, the overwhelming majority of people especially in the west do not start off progressive (at most some shallow facade of it), and their surroundings are inherently deeply regressive and reactionary.

She can and has to learn such basic decency and boundaries/moral or ethical convictions of her own accord, and that’s a work in progress that takes time to figure out. Her environment and upbringing certainly isn’t going to give it to her, rather the opposite…

I’m not giving her or anyone else a pass for being “fine with reactonaryism” (if this is the cause, which- well yeah, probably on some level). But understanding that it’s a process of learning to be better, especially when living in the rotten core of all modern reactonaryism and evil, is just reality.

Does remind me, I thought of it offhandedly while playing webfishing with some other Hex users but, maybe we should start a “exercise/fitness” group thing, maybe akin to the pre-existing movie watching etc (Hexbear exercise regimen? Or something), or something more along the lines of just encouraging each other and helping hold each other accountable (to what extent that can be done anonymously, even just having someone give a damn and consistently show it can help immensely with these things though)
