Old cable TV and satellite boxes often have hard drives, I think I used to find 500gb drives in there. But they have TONS of usage. I think I paid $1-2 for them.

Depends on a lot of things. I’m no expert but here is what I can throw in.
Is this a new cat? Maybe it needs training.
Is this new behavior? If it’s something new then maybe the cat has a medical problem. Our cat was clogged and the vet needed to do surgery.
When Skype was new it had FREE calling to land lines. My friends and I would make so many fun calls. So many fun times. Then Microsoft bought it and killed the free calling.
Maybe they are poking a hole in the lithium battery
This is what I am going with now, I canceled my domain when moving and now I get a letter that I have money at patreon but can not log in without 2fa from the email on that domain, but it’s expensive now. I am loosing money when I need it most.
I played single player thousands of hours since the Xbox 360. I own maybe 10 copies of gta 5. Sad they never released the DLC.
Maybe in 5 years when it’s $20 I might pick it up. But the hype isn’t there for me anymore.
They blocked Linux on gta 5, so I lost interest in gta 6. Hurts me, but their greed with gta online kind of killed the series for me.
I also have the xreal glasses, they are great (as long as you keep your head still). I really enjoy them for playing games. Lots of people use them for movies and tons of other uses. It’s like having a huge OLED tv on the wall.
The price hike is what got you? Not the terms and conditions that they own rights to everything you create (even if you are creating for clients/work). What the fuck adobe
Off really isn’t off anymore, more like standby and it can still send data.
I just moved across states.
I took everything apart, packed the equipment in boxes using tons of padding. Any extra space in the boxes was filled with extra cables and more padding. Rack mounts that I have come completely apart.
My main servers have hard drives, so I used a lot of foam all around the server and added trackers (air tags) to the servers and my camera stuff.
I’m now off grid so not really in a hurry to setup all this stuff, but happy it seems to have made it here in great condition. Eventually I will setup the rack mounts just to hold the equipment and maybe I will power on things here and there as I feel like playing with them again.
They lost me when they discontinued snap cam on the computer.
I use krita way more than gimp
I agree completely that open source can be audited by anyone, but I did read something tried to be sneaked into an update, and you never really know, software is complicated and maybe some roundabout way to have an exploit using code that looks like it’s intent was something different.
I was reading how the us gov tried to plant something in an update.
For all we know, Linux could be just as compromised…
Oh that’s nice!
That’s just a “one night stand” lol Are you going to make a second one? Looks awesome, great quality should last nearly forever!
I recently rented a huge truck (the biggest you can rent with a normal car drivers license) and it had a ton of high tech stuff, lane departure warning, speed warnings, auto braking, and so much more.
The issue was when I was on the highway going 70mph (the max speed of the truck, also artificially restricted) there was a tiny side road with a speed limit of 35mph, and the truck on the highway slammed the brakes with warnings on the dash that I was exceeding the speed limit of 35, but I’m on a highway with a speed limit of 75mph.
Stupid technology. Makes things more dangerous than it should be.
Shorts are way too short to learn anything, I find most of them useless or stupid trash. I only seen a few good shorts. Ugh so bad. Also isn’t YouTube loosing money on shorts, just to compete with TikTok… ugh
