Leave it in HDR next time. As someone who owns an HDR monitor and a phone with an HDR display, there is simply not enough content out there outside of movies and games.

If you build the Win11 ISO using Rufus instead of Microsoft's own Media Creation Tool, you have options to prevent this bullshit from happening.
I've been using Win11 with an offline account for years, and everything works as it should, even the MS Store. I never have to deal with Microsoft Account bullshit ever.
Exactly. People paid high prices for high quality appliances back in the 50s and 60s because there was no other option. Now we have choices. So if you want quality appliances, just pay more for them.
In the early 2000s there was this website called dll-files.com or something like that, and every time that error popped up (which happened a lot in the 90s and 2000s), you'd go to that website, download the missing file, and 99% of the time it would fix the problem. These days I'd advise against obtaining random DLL files from the internet but back then it was like magic.
