  • Yes, but that's exactly what's frustrating in their foreign policy. They won't do anything that upsets the West. Even Russia was willing to eat up all the sanctions, but China won't do anything. Eventually that will come back to bite them. After all, the destabilization of the Middle East is part of the US plan to destroy China. But the CPC doesn't seem worried, so what do I know?

  • Why don't they stop Chinese companies from doing business with Israel then? At the very least they could do that.

  • I mean, they could do a Trump strategy and declare an economic blockade on Israel and put tariffs on anyone who does business with Israel. But they're too busy complying to the WTO for some reason....

  • Took them long enough.

  • Man it feels like we're regressing at quick pace in terms of depravity here in the West. It's like we're going back to the times of the Romans. This is yet another late consequence of the fall of the USSR. There's no need for capitalism to hide is utter depravity any longer.

  • It would be funny if Trump kidnaps a European leader, and then tries to use them as a bargaining chip for the annexation of Greenland.

  • For real, try climbing on a US police vehicle and have a discussion with the driver, to see what happens.

  • He definitely had his moment in 2016, when he first ran as a socialist. He peaked there, then got scared or bribed and started to moderate his positions a lot more, to the point where he's just left wing liberal.

  • I confess I don't know much about Greenland. But of course Western media only shows the white minority getting angry, that is still funny to see at least.

  • It's funny that he's doing this to white people.

  • NATO hasn't dissolved. This will be a situation where EU and US will fight and disagree on Greenland, but continue to support the rest of the imperialist project. However, the contradictions are growing, and will eventually become unsustainable.

  • I don't know about the old games, but from Fallout 3 onwards, they always had anti-communism in it.

  • Yeah, I wish I could go on vacation forever. I don't like my current job and my idiotic manager.

  • Taiwan? China is allowed to kidnap the prime minister of Japan.

  • My first emotional response is of course, wanting Venezuela to lash out against the US militarily, this is an act of war after all. But after thinking more rationally, maybe the US is doing this to demoralize Venezuelans, because they can't sustain a prolonged war against Venezuela. They would have to support Ukraine, Israel and now a new war. It's just not feasible, so I think they're relying on intimidation tactics to accomplish their goal of regime change.

Also, Maduro being kidnapped after trying to compromise with the US about Venezuelan oil, is a cautionary tale for world leaders who think they can negotiate with the empire. The empire does not negotiate, the empire does not compromise, the empire must take everything they possibly can.

  • Oh no! Poor people will be able to eat the same food as rich people! The tragedy!

  • I think it's important to point out that just because far-right parties have an anti-EU rhetoric, it doesn't mean they'll follow through. It wouldn't surprise me if the AfD, instead, wants to reorganize the EU to better serve Germany's interests and imperialist tendencies.

  • I miss this game. It was ruined to me when Valve dropped the dreadful MyM update. It just broke it completely.
