I understand hoarding is a condition and it's not so simple but for me what works is being fast and not thinking too much. I don't hoard but I have a LOT of stuff for arts and crafts (which does look like hoarding simetimes) and I get new hobbies and more stuff all the time. What I do when things start to not fit is, just look at stuff and, if I haven't use it for a long time I throw into a box. Close the box and get rid of it. everything in the same day. If it takes too long I'll get lazy and If I think too much I'll keep everything.

I mean I can choose. It's good to have a choice. One day I have left overs or salad so I take it to work and leave early. Other days I want to seat and eat proper food, with a fork and a knife, and I can. It's a choice. It seems like you only have 30 minutes but if you eat in 15 you go back even faster. That's not good for your physical or mental health

Idk in america because you obviously consume hollywood but I think for the rest of the world hollywood is dying. The amount of american movies and shows my nieces and neaphews watch is much less than I did in the 90s. Asian content on the other hand is skyrocketing. at least in my corner of the world

The fact that you guys only have 30 minutes to eat is insane! We have 1:30 hours by law and It's barely enough time to go down, get something and eat. Even if you eat fast food (which we don't like) you won't be able to go there, buy, eat and be back in 30. You need a revolution!

There are always exception but women live in constant fear. We can't know if you are a nice guy or a "nice guy" and so we build a wall. There are FOR SURE pscyco women as there are men, and good people also exist, the fact is that being a woman is already dangerous in the world we live in. As a woman I tend to stay professional and serious in enviroments that I don't want attention because I had very bad experiences with co workers before. I can't be rude or mean, it's not even who I am, but I have to be stone face.

Also, I'm old. Maybe the new generation of men are better and things will be better for the young girls

I get it. I can only speak from myself and I can never be rude or mean but I am serious and professional in my workplace because I have had bad experiences before

It's not about being rude it's about not being nice, specially in professional settings. It's sad but it's true. But also, like everything else, there are exceptions but we can never know

As a woman I have to say this is true. If you smile there will be at least one "funny" or "nice" message in the end of the day
