    That's not true though, it absolutely can be overstimulating particularly when multiple people are doing it or if they're scrolling reels or whatever and the sound is changing every few seconds.

  • It's not just the boot up, it's however long their garbage proprietary software takes to load and however long ancient web services take to communicate with each other. I've worked a few office jobs were it regularly took 15-25 to get my computer ready for work.
