  • Ich kann nur die Antworten die dir schon gegeben worden sind bestärken. Hab ja schon Graphene und Linux. Ist bei meinem Beispiel irrelevant, da ich für ne App ein google oder apple konto brauch. Da hört ja schon dein Vorschlag für eine datensparsame Digitalisierung auf. Und wenn nicht da, dann spätestens beim öffi account, der dann auch Name, Adresse, etc. haben will, obwohl die Personenbeförderung vor einem Jahr wunderbar ohne geklappt hat.

    Zum Verständnis: ich wehre mich nicht gegen Digitalisierung per se. Ich bin ja selber sogar Informatiker. Ich find viele Gadgets die rauskommen richtig geil. Aber solang unsere politischen Repräsentanten den Tech-Mogulen alles durchlassen wird es keine etische Digitalisierung geben können. Deshalb das festhalten an den letzten analogen Strohhalmen die man noch so finden kann.

  • Dann weiss mein Bus-Betreiber trotzdem Name, Adresse, Bankverbindungsdaten und genutzte Fahrstecken, wohlmöglich sogar noch mehr über das Konto dass ich unweigerlich anlegen muss. Ich will einfach nur mit dem Bus 5 Stationen fahren, nicht meine Lebensgeschichte veröffentlichen. Und den Personen aus dem Artikel ist mit Android-Containern auch nicht geholfen.

  • Ich antwortw mal hier, aber die Antwort passt auch zum Kommentar von Flipper. Smartphone habe ich, bin ja kein Höhlenmensch. Nur kein Zugang zu den standard monolitischen App Stores. Wenns mir wiiirklich wichtig wäre irgendwie den Großunternehmen einen Gefallen zu tun (isses nicht), dann könnte ich mich auf die jagt nach einer aktuellen apk irgendwo machen. Dann weiss ich aber immer noch nicht welche Daten sich die App aufm Handy krallt, weil nicht Open Source. Das einfachste isses einfach Bargeld gegen Leistung zu tauschen. Damit haste dann auch die Technik-Legasteniker und Geringverdiener von der Reichinnek bedient.

  • Beim ersten Absatz war ich noch voll beir dir, beim 2ten wird's aber eng.

    Ich gehör der Fraktion Android/iOS gibts aus prinzip nicht an. Mir, und so Verstehe ich auch Reichinnek , gehts nicht um jede Firma unter der Sonne, sondern um elementaren Unternehnen, die einem die Teilnahme am Leben ermöglichen. Pragmatisches Beispiel: ich muss gelegentlich mal Bus fahren. Seit rund einem Jahr muss ich bewusst schwarz fahren, weil Fahrkarten gibts nur noch per App. Für solche Infrastrukturen müssen in Permanenz analoge Alternativen angeboten werden.

  • Und ich verstehe nicht, warum immer noch Menschen darüber rational debatieren wollen, ob oder wie, der Abbau der digitalen Privatsphäre einen Sinn haben könne. Es geht hier nicht ums Mobben, um Kinderpornographie oder um rechte Hetze. Es geht seit Anfang an um Kontrolle. Kontrolle der politischen Meinung, Kontrolle des Konsumverhaltens, Kontrolle der Kulturentwicklung. China hats mit ihrem Social Score vorgemacht und die EU wills nachbauen.

  • I've been using their service for a long time now and have been happy. Their GUI client is ok, but they also have a CLI client which I appreciate for automating stuff. I'm however paranoid and don't upload files as is. Everything is backed up to an encrypted virtual drive which I upload as one giant file.
