  • I haven't protested before, so this may be a naive question, but why don't people bring long sticks to act as pseudo spears? I don't think there are as many restrictions on carrying big wooden sticks as there are for guns, and a wall of spears is a pretty imposing target, even if the cops have shields. Is it too difficult to have people form ranks?

  • According to posts on the MN subreddits, he was fleeing in a car for 30 minutes before getting out and running on foot when they shot him. I haven't seen anyone not linked to regime affiliated news claiming he attacked anyone. A livestream by his wife was posted, but I didn't watch it.

This can be changing white -> black or black -> white with identical results.     Still not a good way to solve this issue, but QR codes (and other codes like it) are ubiquitous for good reason.
