  • Yes, the Nagasaki implosion design used Plutonium instead, which requires a reactor.

Uranium exists all over the world. Saying there isn't much left and that Mali is some magical last place where it exists is...not correct.

PS: Mali is mostly for gold, it is Niger that seems to be a large Uranium producer.

  • You could centrifuge enough Uranium to get mostly U235 in a gun-type design (the Hiroshima bomb) and use that to trigger a larger fusion bomb.

  • You can run it on your laptop, I've tried it before (PS e.g. https://www.nomic.ai/gpt4all, it's fun to dig through your documents, but it wasn't as useful as I thought it would be in collecting ideas), what is truly hard is to train. But yeah, what is an AI PC? Is it like a gaming rig with lotsa RAM and GPU(s)?

  • Either it started with the first invasion of the involved (Japan invades China in 1938) or it officially started when Hitler declares war on the US after Pearl Harbor in the end of 1941 and the Pacific and Europe fronts officially coalesce into one war. But you're right...until it all solidifies into two committed opposing sides, it is very gradual and unclear what is going to happen.

  • ...welcome to the multipolar rules-free world you asked for, russia. who would do such a thing...

  • Nobody with a face should use it anymore...but that will reduce traffic like...5%...

He's still acting like a pedophile.

  • He's making shit up as usual ("big strong men with tears in their eyes")...murica elected a pedophile...he will do and say pedophile things.

Just smile and nod...sign trade deals with Mexico, Canada, Mercosur and move on.

  • Taters? Boil'em, mash'em, stick'em in a stew?

  • ...but how do you know which putin to kidnap?

  • The communal sponge was a feature, not a bug 😂

  • I remember seeing the usual suspects in russia lamenting how bad it was to sell Alaska to the US for nothing...tramp feels like he can claim glory for doing the same with Greenland (very easy for any putinist or neonazi to implant this idea into his skull)

  • That is as much an option as Hawaii or Texas or Alaska declaring independence.

  • Given how things work, they should have created another "brand" just for the spotify breach (e.g. Audio Hub). Annas Archive was just going so well...

  • Ok, now I wanna try this :D
