That one Israeli on the Threadiverse. No, sending me death threats won't change my mind, try arguments instead

Hello! That's my main mbin account, my alt is @Fitik, I also have a furry/personal account at @fitik

I'm just a regular person from Israel🇮🇱, a queer, and a #Fediverse enthusiast! I'm a liberal

I don't post much stuff, but when I do I usually post about #tech because I've mostly given up on trying to argue politics on there

  • As far as I'm aware, Mastodon blocks work the same way they'll work on Twitter now - The person you blocked can see your posts, but can't interact with you

Edit: Actually, I was wrong the person you blocked can't see your posts on Mastodon

  • I guess the closest experience you can get is if you'll just block all meme communities

Idk if you can do it on Lemmy, but on MBin you can block communities (magazines)

  • Considering my instance has .io domain, I hope not

  • I'm using Firefox browser, but might try out Zen Browser, it looks pretty promising and it's non chromium

A shame it's not on Android tho (Only PC)

  • Your reply sounds pretty xenophobic, ngl Isn't it better for Russian people to get access to information that Russian government doesn't control?

  • !communities@ponder.cat - Yet another community for finding new communities to subscribe to

  • That sounds pretty cool! I have a question, does it only shares Lemmy communities, or does it shares Mbin/Piefed communities too?

  • I like "Material you" design, but it looked better before the redesign ngl

  • It's not available in my country 😪

  • There's a list on the Mbin's website, I'm surprised it wasn't mentioned yet

    https://joinmbin.org/servers

    I can recommend these instances:

The later two are run by mbin devs so they should be pretty good

Additionaly there's !AskMbin@fedia.io magazine, so you can ask questions there instead.

  • I thought it was more like transfem.social drama, no?

  • Same with me, I migrated from Firefish to Sharkey, I hope I'll not need to migrate software again, but oh well, who knows, if I'll have to, I'll prob still stick to *key
