Even if I wanted to take the deal I’d have to work until 5/15 anyway because of the agency I work for. I haven’t heard of anyone taking it around me.

The fact that they are moving so quickly tells you they don’t think what they are doing is legal.

It’s too good to be true. I was given the same offer and am denying it. Our union even mentioned that when Twitter did this and people sued the courts went with Twitter.
