  • Ok. Hypothetically speaking if my family lives in a town, and I recieve a job offer in another state that pays $600,000 a year my household income triples, my wife no longer has to work and I rent a spare room near work I TECHNICALLY live in another state.

    If they are fulfilling their contracts who gives a fuck. I know a guy who "lives" with his parents on paper but is a full time vanlife I.T consultant. He hasnt "lived" anywhere specific in about 3 years.

    If a woman has a series of bad experiences with a series of asshole dudes and decides she is done with it and would rather be single everyone claps because she is empowered. If a guy has a series of bad experiences with a series of just horrible women and decides he is done with it and would rather be single he is an incel and men are the problem.

    Some dudes are incels because being a garbage human being with no regard for the feelings of others isnt limited to men. Women can say and do cruel shit too. I watched my 5'3 buddy ask a girl out and get "Ewww" instead of "No thank you" this shit doesnt happen in a vacuum.

  • Its funny but this is why I believe car guys are so weird.

    Playing with cars is an expensive hobby, so you cant engage in it as often as you like without a LOT of disposable income so when you meet another car guy and he mentions "Yeah I have to yank the engine out of my race car this weekend" if you dont have plans you actually really DO want to help even if you barely know the guy because you get to engage in your hobby on someone elses dime.

    So you go around, spend a day swearing and getting filthy, busting your knuckles and putting sweat into their passion for nothing more than maybe lunch and a few drinks, so they really are appreciative.

    All that Fast and Furious "Family" shit is overblown, but my son is named after my best friend and we became friends for life engine swapping and building a 89 Honda.

  • Well his comedian friends would disown him if he didnt and I genuinely think he still takes pride in his work.

    I dont like Rogans politics but I actually respect him as a comic. I dont love his material, but in the same way that Katt Williams isnt writing jokes for suburban white folks, Amy Schumer is writing jokes for wine moms and woo girls. I can respect the joke writing and act even if it doesnt resonate. I think he is a good (not great) comic and probably still cares greatly about it.
