  • I'm actually watching the original buffy right now for the first time, even though I was a highschool kid when it originally aired.

Go watch that. It holds up very well. I'm about to start season 6 (of 7) right now. Only thing that dates it really, is that no one has cell phones. They were common to have in the mid 90's to early 2000's when the show aired, but tons of movies and TV shows around then chose to mostly ignore their existence because they blocked off or simplified so many plot points and story lines. It's strange to think that no one beyond my generation will know what it was like to not have cell phones and the internet.

  • After hearing about the reboot like 6 months ago I got to thinking about how I never really watched the original back when I was a teen. I'm about to start season 6 now and it's been a very binge watchable show so far. Still holds up nicely.

Maybe in another 25 years I'll get around to watching the reboot.

  • Seems like I know plenty about the subject. To the point where all you can do is try and sling insults instead of forming any sort of argument.

  • Yeah. That's absolutely just not true at all for almost every sport. Especially team sports. There are some competitive sports where men don't just have an advantage, or that women have the advantage, but those are a vast minority. Some shooting events and some distance events is about it.

  • Well then they are just making copies, I suppose.

  • I am, and this language is still hard. Lol

  • If you read any of those comments in what you yourself linked, you'd see that a whole bunch of them are referencing and talking about OP's profile no longer there. So obviously, due to technical issues or other means, the OP of that post was not there for some time period and it has since been restored. "Slam dunk"

  • Is it not used much anymore? Pretty common word to me, but I'm getting kind of old.

  • While I do agree (much to the dismay of many of you all here) that it is absolutely unfair to biological women to allow non biological women in competitive sports, due to the advantages that can't go away by chemical means such as larger lungs, longer arms, and bigger hands with more stable hip bones; if I were this kid, who is apparently quite strong and athletic, I would try and have loads of fun screwing with the system they're forcing upon him. He could really screw with them on policies. I'd imagine he could get loads of classmates to go along with helping him out, too.

  • Your question pretty much answers the other. If they were destroying and making a copy at the destination, then there could be 20 Piccards, or they could always bring the dead right back to life at any age they'd want. They could just re-maie a person any time.

Since that never happens, it means they must be converting them into energy or something like that, and then reassembling, and not making a copy

  • Most places don't do cash back, and the ones that do tend to have a limit of like $40. Wal Mart is a bit of an exception, as they'll do $100, but you aren't getting a $100 bill from them through their self checkout. You'll only get 20's.

So if you go to Wal Mart, and you go to one of the few real people to check you out, and you ask for it back in a $100 bill, and the teller happens to have gotten a $100 in since they had started that day, and the front lead hadn't already cashed out the register since they received that $100 bill, then yes. In that case you'll get a $100 bill and will slightly fuzz up the tracking metrics they could theoretically do.

  • They give out $100's if you aren't a poor people.

But seriously though. A lot of ATM's will do 100's, anymore.

  • They don't give $100 bills back out.

  • ICE guys is named Ned Slanders.

  • Fun fact: the Gen 2 Prius in Europe can drive for several miles on just the battery, but that option was removed in the US, because Toyota knew the battery wouldn't last the federally required warranty period without too many of them going bad.

  • Several studies have proven circumcisions significantly reduce the risk of getting an STI, including HIV, during sex.
