Nah this show is funny as hell.

I would say only a small part is horror. First batch of episodes is like 60% comedy 40% thriller with a handful of horror moments. And then there’s a bit more thriller/tension stuff but still funny. It definitely uses established old school horror tropes for jokes or for a good creep.

It’s definitely dark comedy but I for one love the blend of genuine creeps with laugh out loud moments

I’ve not seen either of those but I always imagined if time travel to the past was real, it would be circular, as in, in 2027 I travel to 1950, but right now in 2026 I haven’t travelled yet, but if I were to look, I would have already been in 1950 in the worlds past but my future. Eg Harry Potter, Timeline, etc
