  • I find it to be one of the most important chapters of afaq, becuase it sheds some light into the differences and similarities between various types of anarchism, clearing up some stuff in my head:)

    Would be cool if it also had a sub-chapter about queer-anarchism. It has about Anarcha-Feminism which too has a strong focus against patriarchy as queer-anarchism (I guess) does, but I'd like to see a separate sub-chapter about the latter too, possibly mentioning notable queer-anarchism thinkers.

  • Hm, I have a question, since Im trying to keep notes of afaq, is this structure good? I have a feeling direct/participatory democracy/self-management isn't direct action and maybe I should keep them separate. (Shortened to keep the keywords from here.)

  • Yeah, like, it's opinions, why not believe an anarchist about what they define as anarchism when they not only advocate for it, but also practice it. Why would they create a false theory and spend their lives fighting for it, lol.

    If practically all anarchists agree with the core part of afaq then it probably defines anarchism well, lol.

    About the last part, true, on the one hand I'd like to just not bother and look after for what I care, but this may lead to isolation from the rest of the people which is not helpful if I want to see it grow, ugh

    Hm, to explain my reasoning:

    • I saw them talking about stuff that seemed complex to me and seem to have some experience with servers (already had a server), so I'd say they know way more about me and I'm going to set up a nixos server in like a month (been using them on my laptop for ~9months, but not in any fancy way). If I can, they I guess they probably can too.
    • I thought about throwing an idea to consider. I'm too in the process of learning so I cant give a good plan yet:/

    I see that in the end they ask for a nuanced answer, rip, I failed to do that
