  • If you want a CoD game, pretty much any CoD up through Black Ops 2 is still decent, but only if Activision actually let's the game go "on sale". Halo games have a fantastic story (up until 5 at least) and the Master Chief Collection is usually on sale for $10.

  • Fascinating, but untrue. That's not England, that's the large garbage island floating in our oceans. Common mistake.

  • This was a week ago during the nor'easter, dumb idea to fly that small plane in the winds we had that weekend

  • Oh yeah for sure, I get inspirations from other channels, but I don't try to directly rip them off. I don't have that kind of charm and my videos aren't all a single genre, they're kinda all over the place.

  • Making videos for my YouTube channel. I like having random ideas, making the vids then uploading them, but man am I not good at it. My vids are mediocre at best compared to other YouTube channels I watch, but I enjoy the process.

I really like when I'm doing a funny video, I'm working on editing and think "oh this would be funny here" and add that, and do that over and over until it's been 20 hours of editing for a 10 minute video and I have to force myself to export it and be done.

  • Yeah I saw a guy convert an old Toyota pickup into an EV and it cost about $18,000 IIRC. Biggest expense is obviously the batteries, followed by motor and charging system. Madman kept the original 5 speed which I absolutely respect.

  • They have a 30 day trial yeah, you can also move your playlists over as well.

  • Early UNSC Shaw-Fujikawa drives were a brute force punch into the other dimension, whereas Covenant adopting old Forerunner tech would slip into Slipspace more elegantly and with better accuracy. This allowed Covenant ships to slip within a single system, where UNSC ships might be within a few hundred thousand kilometers of their intended target and could not realistically attempt inter-system jumps, which I always thought was a cool detail.

Post Halo 3 when the Infinity gets Forerunner Slipspace drives and Forerunner Engineers to help adapt and implement the drives drastically improve Slipspace accuracy and speed was a huge turning point for humanity. Plus the ability to have small drop ship like crafts, Condors, have Slipspace capabilities was huge for ONI ops and smaller team excursions.

God I fucking love Halo lore.

  • Also, Halo 3 custom games with full lobbies and super creative customs. Honestly, just Halo 3 in general

  • Honestly it doesn't surprise me. I think I lost like 5 old high school classmates in 6 months due to them being drink behind a wheel and killing themselves and others. There's nothing to do, the culture of the entire state revolves around hanging with friends and drinking, there's alcohol for sale at almost every store in the state besides dollar stores and because everyone drinks and drives there's no one with common sense to talk others out of it.

Few cities have public transit, and most of it is piss poor, so people walk if they don't have a car. Sidewalk infrastructure is a joke so people end up walking in the road. Now you see the issue.

Like someone else pointed out, 2/3 people are under the influence of something while driving in NM. Most of the time it's alcohol, the rest is either weed or coke.

  • Don't forget you can also ugga dugga them with an impact gun and cause the bolts to snap, so even if they get new lug nuts they aren't going anywhere unless it's up a flatbed

Also don't forget your locking nut key for those pesky lock nuts

  • Also him whining about the building because he didn't get the contract to renovate the place or some dumb shit. "Eeerg the escalator broke" bitch shut up they just became stairs move your bloated legs once in a while

  • ... to the best of my knowledge,...

Yeah that's not saying much at all, dipshit. Single cell organisms have more brain capacity than your dementia ridden ass

  • Gotta say, seeing a flaming dick fart wasn't on my 2025 bingo card, but then again it's a wild fucking year so I shouldn't be surprised

  • Don't forget your best friend uBlock Origin (or ReVanced or Tubular or whatever other YT ad blocker you like) when you watch, just to make sure they don't even get ad revenue from you

  • I get what you're saying, but this isn't that. This is an attack on the first amendment and censorship of comics and the media. I don't think Kimmel is funny either, he aggravated me every time he hosted the damn Oscars and I don't watch his show, but I'm 100% behind him in this situation. He's being punished and silenced for his first amendment right.

  • I was a Windows user up until last year. I ditched it for EOS after I got tired of telling Windows NO I DON'T WANT WINDOWS 11 for the 500th time. Between having to manually remove Cortana, Edge, trackers and spyware and having ads shoved in my notifications, I couldn't stand it anymore.

Now, as an average user they're not gonna care about any of that. Hell, I didn't start caring until I upgraded from 7 to 10 (I deliberately skipped 8) and they started enshitification. 10 was good, at first. It's what they added that made it unbearable.

My biggest praise of Linux over Windows is not having to check for updates for different programs manually. I just hit sudo pacman -Syu and it does it all. Proton just makes my games work and I can do everything I did in Windows. Can I play AAA games with anticheat? Yes, but not all games. The ones I can't, I really don't feel the desire to play anymore anyway.

  • labubu

    Jump
  • The first time I had ever heard about labubus was the last episode of South Park. I thought they were just some dumb thing Matt and Trey came up with to use as a vehicle to talk about the tariffs, then I learned they were actually real.

  • My only empathy is for the students at the school who probably thought they were about to be victims as well, thinking maybe they were about to experience a mass shooting. Kirk spewed vile hatred non stop, said that gun deaths were needed for us to have our 2nd amendment right, so he did die from what he preached.

I feel for the students in Colorado who just hours after did become victim to a school shooting, the Democratic officials in Minnesota who the media have forgotten about after their assassination.

Does that make me a bad person? I don't really give a shit. There's one less toxic commentator/grifter out there saying demeaning shit about minorities and my trans homies, one less voice calling for their deaths. If the left had a version of Kirk that was assassinated, they'd be saying the exact fucking thing.

I worry about what the repercussions will be for the country.
