  • I downloaded the entire archive as soon as I could, about 30 minutes after they released because I knew this shit would happen

  • Fitting how all the files are PDF files

  • My wife was an au pair, she's still in a few nanny/au pair Facebook groups and sees posts with asinine requirements all the time.

Once she saw a women post a nanny position for 4 kids with the same "bring your own snacks for my children" requirement and they were only paying $18/hr. Most nanny positions around here are paying $25ish depending on the hours and that's for no more than 2 kids.

That lady got flamed in the comments and left the group.

  • help.

  • I'm in this meme and I don't like it

  • You don't need the new Black Ops when Black Ops 3's modding community is very lively with some great fan made zombies maps and modes. Definitely check them out if you haven't already

  • I saved a perfectly good 32" Trinitron from being dumped as e-waste a couple years ago, it was only missing the remote. Local church occasionally does an e-waste recycling day, and when I saw that beast about to be loaded I asked how much for me to take it off their hands, so a $10 donation to the church later I had a 100lb tv in my trunk.

  • There's a lot of aspects that make it so effective, the acting, cinematography, the aspect ratio, being shot on location on an actual island lighthouse, etc. It's a sense of claustrophobia and wonder as to what's inside the light. I adore the film.

I bought the blu-ray as soon as it came out, and once Arrow Films announced their 4k blu-ray with a lot more special features than the standard 4k here in the US, I ordered Arrow's version from the UK.

  • I just finished Bojack last week. I watched through season 3 before but dropped Netflix and never got around to finishing it. I basically binged the whole show and as much as I'd hate to give Netflix any money, I'd buy a full series blu-ray in a heartbeat.

  • Didn't Jeep just roll out a software update that was bricking 4xe models recently? Also quality has been plummeting (rust, death wobble, garbage 3.6L, etc) for years. They also just did a recall for over 100k hybrid models for fire risks

  • Didn't stop to think this could harm pedestrians, did ya?

  • Oh buddy, traffic laws in Brazil are light suggestions not really enforced. Red lights? Just drive through, don't stop. Roundabout? Just drive straight through they're just painted circles on the road, silly. One way street? Who's gonna stop me? Roads usually flow like you see in SE Asia where its like a flowing stream of motorcycles, except there's a lot more VW Gol's and Fiat Uno's. Even the Civil and Military police don't give a shit and drive like everyone else. Just don't get caught speeding on a speed camera or you will get a ticket for going .1 KPH over the limit.

  • Lemme get uhhhhhh

    I'll have uhhhh

I'll take the hair growing out of you head contain your lost thoughts and memories, you gotta eat your hair to remember

  • Could be worse, there's a couple cars I've seen around town that look like this. Literally only room for the driver, but visibility is gonzo

  • A great example of this is Halo.

The Flood is a horrible body horror parasite that transforms your body and invades and consumes your mind, your thoughts and your memories. It's corruption based on revenge of the Precursors for the Forerunner's war against them out of petty anger. The original trilogy shows this off well, and acts like a horror game when you're getting swarmed from all angles by them.

343 era games are like "bad guys are robots, Flood too scary and gorey we removed them." All for that lower Teen rating just to sell more copies to a broader audience. They remove the bloodiness and the gore. Hell, you could make a lake of Covenant and human blood in CE. Now you might get a couple splashes of blood to not tip that ESRB scale.

Pathetically watered down in many other aspects, but this was one that always bothered me.

  • I just bought a 2x8GB DDR4-3200 kit of G.skill Ripjaws at Microcenter for $59.99 on Oct 19th. The same set is currently on sale for $89.99 and original price is $119.99. Absolutely wild, I hope I don't have any RAM die in the near future. I do have a spare kit of Corsair Vengeance DDR4 somewhere so I guess I'm safe on that front, but I feel bad for anyone currently or planning to build a new system.

  • Sorry I placed that oddly, I meant the constant crosswalks are great, not the highways.

  • Wait until they find out about speed bumps, stop lights and cross walks across highways in Brazil.

Yes that's real, you go from 100kph to 25kph with speed bumps and speed cameras that will absolutely ticket your ass if you're 1kph over the limit. BR-101 in Paraíba goes through many small towns that do this, it's great for pedestrians since the highway cuts directly though the heart of these towns but terrifying if drivers don't pay attention. Also these speed bumps aren't always clearly marked so rip your suspension at night

  • All that inflated value from circular trading with Open AI, Oracle, etc sure is looking good on paper for them, and will definitely allow Jensen another few dozen leather jackets.

Can't wait for this shit to burst, and it will be a very big burst when it happens
