I've had similar issues. At first, I really liked the idea of reduced function, but after working through some gender stuff and ending up in a more vaguely fluid/queer position, I want some of my function back (I somehow ended up with dysphoria on all sides), but I still don't regret starting HRT.
(keep in mind I have yet to pursue any of these)
Of course there's stuff like viagra, which I haven't tried but may look into. There's also DHT cream, which can be applied to the area for localized effects. I've brought up both with my doc/hrt provider and we're going to look into things involving DHT cream. I think that may be the direction you want to look into (alongside not taking t blockers).
