  • This 16h sleep 20h awake rythm is "technically" ok but I sometimes need to do other stuff outside of work. Like today I need to visit someone (just for an hour or so) and then im invited for dinner (which I really dont want to turn down) . Obviously my rythm isnt adapted to the schedule of normal people.

  • Im not really anymore tired than usual when im awake.

    If Im in bed I legit sleep 16- 19h just with like about 4-5 breaks inbetween. The breaks are anything from 1-5 minutes and I barely leave the sleep properly. Except for when I wake up to turn of alarms and probably 1 break for going to the toilet.

    This is followed by staying awake for what is basically 20+h . I will usally nap 1-2 times in that time frame though . Naptime is 90min to 120min at most

    Mind you this is a recent development. Which I hope to fix with a vacation coming next week.

    In theory I only need to work today (Im awake and ready for work) and I need to work on Friday (so I have thursday to sleep)
