Another thing blowing my mind is the complete lack of screen brightness support. World oot on a few Linux distros I found. My keyboard has the keys, let me dim my damn main screen with those instead of the finicky buttons on the screen
Switching back to Android with a OnePlus was pretty easy last year. Moved stuff and It even matched many of the installed apps. I'm all for making that even better
Regardless of whether or not they're from the same day and what caffeine does: that's so much waste! If you drink at the same place, get a fucking reusable cup! Cutting down on this nonsense would do so much more than damn paper straws. It's not even hard. Drinking out of a nice cup is more enjoyable too. I really hate when I forgot my thermos or a store refuses to fill it
Totally. You don't need to pretend to cry to make a point. I rarely cry but if I do it's usually a relief to get it out. If the kids are around so be it. I don't want to pretend to them that those feelings aren't valid.
In general, yes, kids don't need to know about all the little troubles of adulthood. But when you have a rare situation that makes you incredibly sad, like hearing of a friend passing away, being overburdened by stress at Work, ... It's better that kids know that crying is okay, others can take care of you and you get better again.
This sounds awesome! If what you're talking about is a new software you're working on, hit me up! I have time to spare for some coding and have literally considered writing a better feed reader for myself or finding an OSS project to contribute to
Worse: they have a PowerPoint slide behind them showing 99% of the stuff they're saying and you're done reading the slide when their audio track is only 20% in
Maybe a good opportunity to capture them and put them in front of courts for their crimes or at least being complicit
