Well the Stew and Buns got made. Was fighting my stomach all day yesterday. Hoping not to have to do that today as well. Now I need to finish the Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice, and the Minestrone. Then portion and freeze stuff. The buns came out great, hope they taste good. I used the tangzhong method to make dough extra soft.
