Google support - the provider of the Gmail address I used to contact them about the Google One service I pay for - thinks my name is 'Playground'

Good morning!

I do hope this email finds you well, Playground. I just want to set a proper expectation that the prior representative handling this case was out of the office but no worries this has been documented and continues being assisted. [...]

Just to clarify; my name is not Playground, or anything even close to that. It's very much a human name for a human male with hair and legs and everything. I have no slides, merry-go-rounds or drug addicts within or about my person.

I can only assume this is AI-generated, because I literally cannot figure out what the rest of the email is telling me. There are a few more paragraphs that don't really have any relevance to anything I asked about initially. Even so, they're written in a nonsensical, bizarre way. It's like 8 different people contributed to writing the email and didn't consult with each other before clicking 'send'. If this is indeed AI, then I'm afraid the Skynet singularity is still a few years away yet.

The rest of the email, if you're curious:

I thank you for an update and I understand that you needed a discount for this however as a Google One support we cannot manually do the reset and provide you the request discount due to the large storage made to your account.

As best recommendation please make your account more secure or have your device lock so that there will be no unrecognized purchases made to your account and to avoid any issues on this.

Thus, you can feel free to visit the Google One account to see the update of your subscription and its transparency of the account made.

I do hope this information helps for as a Google One support, I can only walk you through with the steps needed for you to complete for we don't have a direct access either to your account due to privacy and data security in Google.

Best regards,
