Badly designed forms rage

[An IMPORTANT FORM contains a few fields including but not limited to First name, Last name, and Date of Birth]
[A character seems content as they start writing text in the form]
[We now see, the character struggling to fill in the form, as the lines are too short, and having to write their first name in full didn't leave enough space to write their date of birth]
[The character proceeds to rage]
