Everyone's face in the Indiana Jones game looks weird

Every time I see footage of The Great Circle I keep getting distracted by everyone's gurning, rubbery mouths and lips

The character models in Machine Games' previous games weren't as life-like or realistic or whatever but I don't recall them being this off-putting
