Comment reply fails saying the instance is wrong

I get the following error when replying to comment opened from inbox. This started to happen after the latest summit update

Client error. Code: 401. Message: Attempted to call an auth'd endpoint with the wrong account. Account instance: reddthat.com Api instance: lemmy.world.
