Rent Posting (Day 11) - Due October 1st - IMPORTANT UPDATE ABOUT JOB INSIDE

I recently got what seems to be an offer to begin working for the insurance department of a transcription company.

I need to purchase a foot pedal set (meaning it'll include a pair of headphones and all that) and a copy of Microsoft 365. For this reason, I may be putting some donated money to those expenses. The foot pedal bundle will cost around $110, and, though I may purchase an annual subscription of Microsoft 365 later, I will just go with the monthly plan for $9.99 for the time being. I have to get both of these by October 7th.

I'm not too big on celebrating this yet because 1) I still have to complete an assessment (which comes after some training and all that), so I'd have to wait until I pass that to truly start and 2) I want to get a feel for how good of a job this will be, but based on everything they've told me, it seems promising. Updates will be shared!

To give an important update, a comrade who helped me out a lot in the past said they might not have as much of a capacity to do so these days.

For this reason, I reached out to a local friend of mine whom I haven't contacted in a minute, and they're getting the word out on my behalf as well.
