I need help with something on it.

EDIT: basically, i want to order something on it, but due to my illness I struggle to learn new things and I just can't get it to work. I've also never used bitcoin or anything like that. It's not recreational drugs I'm after. It's a medicine that I believe may help my condition but the NHS won't prescribe it in my situation. They've given up on me and said my condition won't improve. I just want a chance to try and improve it.
